Al-Khabeeru

Definitions:

Awrad s. Wird — A regimen performed daily. Awrad may be performed for life.

Wazaif  – s. Wazeefah — A spiritual exercise that is read for specific number of days.  One should complete the days and not miss any days unless there is an excuse.  This should be perfomed in Wudu and of course unless specified one should also be in a state of major ritual pourity (ghusl).

Read Durood Shareef 11 times before and after each Wazeefah.

Wazeefah 1: For Muslim Women (or men) Seeking Marriage

Read Al-Khabeeru 701 times daily after Isha (night) prayers for 40 days.  Stop during the monthly cycle and continue to completion thereafter.

Wazeefah 2: For Unwarranted Blame, Criticism, or Misunderstood Persons

Read A-Khabeeru 170 times daily for 40 days.  Read daily after Isha (late night) prayers.

Wazeefah 3: For Missing Persons

Read A-Khabeeru 99 times after Fajr (morning) and after Maghrib (sunset) prayers daily up to 40 days.  Insha-Allah you will soon find the person or get news of them. May Allah make it easy for you.

Wazeefah 4: Unknown or Difficult to Diagnose Illness

Read A-Khabeeru 70 times after Fajr (morning) and after Maghrib (sunset) prayers daily up to 40 days.  Insha-Allah you will soon learn about or heal from the illness . May Allah grant you complete healing.

These Waza’if and Awrad do not require specific permission to begin. This posting is the permission.

All levels of blood pressure put stress on walls of the arteries. Higher pressures increase heart workload and increases unhealthy tissue growth that develops within the walls of arteries. The higher the pressure, the more the heart muscle tends to thicken, enlarge and become weaker over time.

Risk factors are strokes, heart attacks, heart failure, arterial aneurysms, and chronic kidney failure. Even moderate elevation of arterial pressure leads to shortened life expectancy. Accoring to medical science, at severely high pressures, meaning arterial pressures 50% or more above average, a person can expect to live no more than a few years unless appropriately treated.

We recommend that you comply with the medications and the appropriate diet that your physician has prescribed. Additionally, to control blood pressure using Islamic spiritual ruqya, apply the following regimen when your blood increases or cannot come under control:

1. 11 times Durood Shareef
2. Read 111 times
     Qulna ya naru koonee bardan wasalaman AAala ibraheema

3. Blow on water and your heart (drink the water and sprinkle some over your body and face)
4. 11 times Durood Shareef

Read Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheemu 1100 times daily after Fajr (morning) prayers for 40 days. Could be perfomed without ghusl. There is no harm in performing wudu (even when one is in menstruation).

Wazeefah 2: For Mental Health, Stress Alleviation, Freedom from Anxiety

Read Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheemu 190 times and blow on your heart. Read daily after Fajr (morning) and after Isha (late night) prayers for 40 days. Could be perfomed without ghusl. There is no harm in performing wudu (even when one is in menstruation).

Wird 1: For a Clear Mind and Memory Improvement

Read Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheemu 100 times after 5 daily prayers daily.

The following narration taken from the famous Ghunya of the great Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani radi Allahu anhu:
It is narrated from Hazrat Al-Hasan al-Basri (21 Hijri – 110 Hijri, may Allah have mercy on him), who said:

 “Whenever the twenty-seventh of Rajab came around, Abdullah ibn Abbas radi Allahu anhuma would start the day as a mu’takif [i.e. someone who follows the practice called i’tikaf, meaning withdrawal into a state of seclusion in order to concentrate on religious devotions, especially while fasting]. He would devote the whole morning to prayer, upto and including the obligatory ritual prayer at noon [Dhuhr]. After performing the noon prayer, he would stroll about for a little while to stretch his legs, then he would perform an extra salat-prayer consisting of four cycles. In each cycle [rak’a], he would recite Surah Al-Fatiha one time only, then Surah Al-Falaq & Surah An-Naas [Al-Mu’awwidhataan], also one time only, then Surah Al-Qadr [#97] three times, and then Surah Al-Ikhlaas fifty times. He would then devote himself to continuous supplication [du’a], until it was time to perform the obligatory late-afternoon ritual prayer (‘Asr). ‘This,’ he used to say, ‘is exactly what Allah’s Messenger sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam always did on this particular day.'”

May Allah Ta’ala accept our ibaadaat bi Waseelatil Habeeb sal Allahu alayhi wa Aalihi wa sallam. Aameen.

Related in the Ghunya of Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (rehmatullahi alyhe):

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) said that whoever fasts on the first Thursday of Rajab and then prays the following prayer between Maghrib and Isha, i.e on the eve of Friday:

  • 12 cycles in sets of two reciting Surah Al-Qadr (i.e. Inna anzalnahu fi laylatil Qadr) three times and Surah Al-Ikhlas (i.e. Qul huwa Allahu ahad) 12 times, and recites Darood Shareef (Allahumma salli ‘ala Muhammadinin-Nabiyyi l-Ummiyyi wa ‘ala aalihi wa sallim) 70 times at the end of the 12 cycles and then recites some special prayers (found in the Ghunya),

Allah Almighty forgives all his or her sins even if they are like the foam on the ocean, the grains of desert sand, the weight of the mountains, the drops of rain, or the leaves of trees. In addition, intercession is accepted from 700 members of this person’s family on the Day of Judgment. This prayer will come in the form of a person to the deceased when he or she is in the grave and congratulate them saying that they have been granted freedom from every hardship [in the Hereafter]. The deceased person will ask who this person is mentioning that he or she has not seen a person more handsome, nor heard a voice more sweet nor smelt a person more fragranced. Upon this the person will respond that he is this [Rajab] prayer that the person had done and had come to take care of his or her needs and be his or her companion in their loneliness and time of anxiety [in the Barzakh]. Furthermore when the trumpet is blown, this prayer will be a shade on the deceased in the Plain of Hashr and good news to the performer of this prayer that Allah Almighty does not overlook any good deed.

  1. Recite the prayers with a clean mind and body.
  2. Have faith in the prayers
  3. Maintain the regime.
  4. Belive in the One.
  5. Follow the rules wholeheartedly.
  6. Women should not recite these prayers during their monthly cycle.  When it has passed, they can add  the missed prayers to their daily practice
